Relationship Types

Some of these look like repetition, they are, but because of the way email CC are restricted and where teh relationship type is displayed, it is helpful to duplicate.

Cancellation Reasons

You can report on cancellation reasons and so as long as it adds meaning to your reporting without fragmenting it then create what you like. The reasons we suggest are:

Client Busy 
Client Feeling better 
Client Missing paperwork 
Client Sick / unavoidable 
Client Wants F2F 
Clinician cancelled 
Offer declined
