A domain is the bit in an email address after the @ for example WiseInstitute.com.au is a domain. Domains need to be registered and separately the website associated with the domain is then hosted.
Wise use MelbourneIT as the registrar and WPEngine as the host.
Be wary of these sort of domain registration scams - they are trying to move your business away from MelbourneIT:

- Log onto MelbourneIT: https://theconsole.melbourneit.com.au/
- It should automatically renew with saved Credit Card details but you can see the renewal dates and billing history in their Billing tab
